My experience with blue light filter glasses:
I have used different kinds of blue light filter glasses for almost two years now, but I remember the day I got my first ones. I had hard time falling asleep. We’ve previously noted several ways to prevent or reduce eyestrain, including using the 20-20-20 rule to regularly give your eyes a break and ergonomically optimizing your workstation.
